Using Dime Translate
By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Dime Translate on your devices for your own communication.
Translation is a tool, not a guarantee
Dime aims for natural, accurate translation, but no automatic translation is perfect. For high-stakes situations (legal, medical, financial), please use professional human interpreters. You use translations at your own discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions & billing
The Travel Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that grants 7 days of access and is never charged again. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through the App Store or Google Play; it renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in one tap inside the app, and keep access through the period you paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and any refunds are handled through them, subject to their policies. Reach us at support@dimetranslate.app if you need help.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dime Translate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on a translation.
